About Sustain Charlotte:

Sustain Charlotte is dedicated to educating, engaging, and uniting citizens to solve Charlotte's sustainability challenges. Our mission is to inspire choices that lead to a healthy, equitable, and vibrant community for generations to come. We focus on three key strategies:

1. Educate: We inform the public about sustainability best practices and ideas from cities nationwide 

2. Unite: We bring together citizens, businesses, nonprofits, public agencies, and academic institutions to develop shared visions for a sustainable region

3. Engage: We advocate for smart land use and transportation choices, working to reduce climate-polluting emissions, promote racial equity, and improve community health
